   Dear Mr. Huibs,

   I would like to invite you to the screening of the film WORLD VOTE NOW inside the European Parliament in Brussels on February 23, 2010 followed by a panel discussion, where Dña Jessica Elio, Chargé d´Affaires a.i. of the Bolivian embassy in Brussels will present President Evo Morales´s proposal for a global referendum.

   The film contains an 8 year investigation into the possibility of applying the concept of “one person – one vote” to the entire population of the planet and a trailer can be seen here:
